Dr. James W. Wilcox, Jr. is an Author, motivational speaker, accomplished vocalist and church growth consultant. He has been involved in ministry leadership for more than 12 years. During this time, Wilcox has helped numerous churches become stronger by providing strategic advice to the increasingly complex challenges of mission, ministry and congregational life.

Wilcox is a native of Cocoa, Florida and currently resides in Lakeside Park, Kentucky. He holds a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Media and a Master of Arts in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University. In 2007, he earned his Doctorate of Ministry in Church Development and Administration from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.
